A62-year-oldmale,withoutremarkablepastmedicalhistory,wasadmittedforalargeerythematousinduratedplaqueonabdominopelvicregionlastedfortwoyears.Physicalexaminationshowedanerythematousinduratedplaquewithanorangepeelappearanceinabdominallowerquadrant,pubic,externalgenitaliaandthighs.Theplaquewasstuddedwithhyperkeratoticpapuleespeciallyonpubicregion.Ageneralizedichthyosissparingscalpandpalmar-plantarregionwasnoted.Therewerealsoconsistent,painless,fixedlymphadenopathiesof2to7cmindiameter,inauxiliaryandinguinalregions.Theskinandlymphnodehistopathologicstudiesrevealedtypicalsarcoidosisgranulomas.Inskin,thesegranulomasweredeeplysituatedinsubcutaneoustissuesandoccupyingfatlobules.TheabdomenandthoracicCTscanwasnormal.TuberculintestwasanergicandHIVserologicaltestwasnegative.CBCandbloodsmearwerenormal.Aftersixmonthsoftreatment,北京去哪个医院治疗白癜风北京中科医院曝光
